Welcome to Mama Bear Care Doula Services, where helping you have the birth experience you desire is my goal.

As a doula, I attempt to promote and inspire the empowering and beautiful birth experience that every couple deserves.

I fully believe that childbirth is a normal life process and that the woman’s body is designed to give birth. While I specialize in, and passionately encourage natural, un-medicated childbirth, I am comfortable supporting any choice you make regarding your birthing experience.  This wondrous event is all about what is perfect for you and your new family.

My intention is to ensure that you are educated about the choices available to you during childbirth, that you and your partner are supported throughout labor, delivery and postpartum, and ultimately ensure a positive birth experience.

Because of the passion I have developed for birthing families, the desire to learn more is never ending.  The more I learn, the more I want to share with the birthing community.  Now I am proud to say that I am able to offer even more services to my clients, with the hopes that they will benefit and spread the word.
